11 Days of At-Home Integration Practice
Following the live day, you'll receive a structured daily practice to continue the work at home — deepening the connection, reinforcing the release, and anchoring your new role as the one who carries the family forward.

Is this religious?
No. It draws from yogic philosophy and Oneness teachings and is open to people of any or no religious background.
What happens after the 4-hour session?
You'll receive your 11-day at-home practice to integrate and deepen what began in the live session.
I WORK FULL TIME. CAN I FIT THIS PROGRAM INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?
The program is primarily self-paced. You’ll need to coordinate your two virtual meetings with me for live feedback and customized direction, but the other resources and trainings are on-demand.
